Reigns is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or external factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or customs delays. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.

4. Returns & Exchanges

We offer returns and exchanges as outlined in our Returns & Exchange. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags intact. Certain items such as intimate wear, sale items, or customized products may not be eligible for returns.

5. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees. Payment must be made at the time of purchase. We accept payments via bank transfer and cash on delivery (COD). If your payment is not received or processed, we reserve the right to cancel your order. Any applicable taxes or fees will be the responsibility of the customer.

We do not guarantee that all items will be available at the time of purchase, and we reserve the right to substitute or cancel items if necessary.
